Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of your VeriqoHire account and associated personal data at any time. These instructions also apply to personal information submitted through supported lead forms and platform integrations, including Facebook and Instagram lead forms.
How to Request Data Deletion
- From VeriqoHire: If the account-deletion option is available in your VeriqoHire application, open Settings → Delete my account and follow the instructions.
- By email: Send your request to info@techalphaglobal.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
To help us identify your record: send the request from the email address associated with your VeriqoHire account or lead submission. If necessary, we may request limited additional information to verify that the request relates to you.
What Happens After Your Request
- Where applicable, your account enters the existing 7-day grace period.
- During the grace period, an account-deletion request may be cancelled by signing back in where that functionality is available.
- After the grace period, personal profile information, interviews and applications associated with the account are deleted in accordance with the VeriqoHire Privacy Policy.
- If you submitted information through a Facebook or Instagram lead form and do not have a VeriqoHire account, we will identify the corresponding lead record using your submitted contact details and process the deletion request.
Information We May Retain
Certain information may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory obligations. Payment and transaction records may be retained for the period required under applicable law. Such retained information will not be kept for unrelated purposes.
